okay so i felt like updating this one so yah me. we haven't really got anything planned because of our guitarest is on the other side of the state. but we are doing another concert at my church in the spring so plan on that cause we will be there. other than that i got into calvin and now we just have to wait for ben (then one big party at calvin). well i g2g. so jj is leaving in 3 days and ben and i r thinking of songs just for me and him to play at concerts. ben is behind me right now (if u read my journal it will almost like that one)and is reading this behind my back and over my shoulder and i just punched him to make him shutup. just to let him know while he is reading this i think jj is a cheezedick (ben told me to type it so if u r offended u blame ben and not me) and he has no elevator in his building and only has a couple rooms (if questions just ask me or ben). in other news i still don't know about upcoming dates for concerts so just hold on to those pants for just a few more days, months, or even years if u feel like it. well g2g. okay a lot has happened since the last entry.
we had our concert a long time ago in like june and we did pretty good. if u were there and remember it please comment. we also made friends with the other band called fifth window high and they are amazazing (yes i know the spelling is wrong i felt like it).
we are looking for another concert date but with jj gone to college it might not be till christmas time. we were also asked to play at church for a babtism for an adult friend/teacher of ours and we said yes so if u want to go to a great church and hear us play come on the date i post when i get it and be there and it will be free cause it is church.
other than that we have been working out fine with jj leaving. ben and i might wright some songs just for me and him which would sound amazazing. but jj said he would come back on some weakends to work with the band and see krissy. well g2g. Freak Out!!
p.s. i just exited the webpage and forgot to update so i thought i had to retype this whole thing but i didn't. i was like YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. well Freak Out!! |

okay i really hate the school right now because i can't read livejournal but i can update. well anyways the band is doing great. we still are coming up with new songs and we still push our concert month back right now it is going to be in march, but w/ jj who knows. we still haven't looked at the music video and who knows if it will even come out. well that is all for now. okay so the band has been getting new stuff lately. i am got a Gallien-Krueger 410BLX-II 4x10 Bass Cabinet and i am going to get a Gallien-Krueger Backline 600 Bass Head. then jj has a smoke machine and is getting a strobe light, police light, lasers, and other stuff that will make our first concert a night to remember. today we have practice. well that is it for now. so today i was walking up the stairs at school and i see jerry and we salute each other and he talks to me saying that we have a new name and it is Fire of the Omega. then i went on my marry little way and i found my good friend ben. so then he is like did jerry tell u what our first cd is going to be called and i'm like no so he is like pyro w/ matches and i'm like sweet. and then i said we would need a studio and he is like how are we going to get one then i said david s.

okay so yesturday we had the shoot for the music video. david stevens stopped by and listened to us. it took us all of 2 and 1/2 hours to finish the shots that we could. we also decided that we need to change our name because ben said that some of his friends heard of a band called holy fire so we are changing it to fire of god but we will not change the livejournal cause i don't want to. our first show is most likely going to be in febuary if we get the date and we can all go to it. in other news forever saved has a concert on jan 20 at around 5:30 but that is all i have for now. and also ben broke his butt and i don't know how u guys feel about it but me and ben laugh at it. well i g2g. okay so jj knows about the journal now which took him a while. we had one practice over brake it was amazing. also i wrote a song and it has the words and chords to it but i am going to have ben write out a drum part and i am going to help him with it. right now we have a total of 2 full songs and we are working on another. we also are in the process of making a music video for Pain of Heartbreak. that is it. okay so this weekend we didn't have practice because of our parents. all 3 of us really wanted to have one but it never happened. but this next weekend we will have one for sure. ben got this sweet drum solo which sounds awefull. i am so close to getting my new amp it will be sweet. got to go.
